Outstanding! Both delivery ladies we had were wonderful, couldn't recommend this app highly enough!

Just tried this service all I can say is Excellent & Monika the delivery driver so friendly & bubbly. I am one very happy customer.
Best of all unlike other smaller shops that do delivery they have not hiked up the prices. V V Impressed as also arrived very quickly & was called beforehand as an item I wanted was out of stock, they offered an alternative rather than just sending order without it.

After using snappy for 5 orders I have found it to be great. Not paying more than you would if you went into the shop (unlike a delivery firm that inflates prices to the max!) delivery fee is to low tbh, like 76p. Sometimes feel bad for ordering as I now the shops margins can be low. It must cost more to send someone to deliver to me. So yes all good with snappy shopper But! there was one time that I ordered a Matterson's sausage along with my other items and when the order arrived was offered 8 pork sausages that was on there use by date. Another was a case of 18 cans of 440mil larger and 3 x 4 packs of 568mil cans arrived - works out 2/3 cans short. That is not a big deal but when it keeps happening you start to wonder why the order is being accepted if they can not fulfil it. Its Like buying a table and 4 chairs online and then only 3 chairs along with the table turns up!. Would I order through snappy again? yes I probably will do but would ring the shop beforehand to confirm they have the stock before ordering through Snappy Shopper (maybe that is what the shop wants people to do, cut the middle man out!)

Highly recommended! Obviously in time us customers would like more food options. Outstanding custmers services that make you feel valued as a customer, you cannot bet in house services! I dreaded the transition from ordering food from the co-op in essex compared to Suffolk but all that is reassured and here is a much better service! In house customer care makes a very strong team indeed.
I really appreciated a call about any one of my items of my shopping order if there was a problem and i ended up better off. So i definitely felt valued as a customer and it made my shopping experience that whole more pleasurable and reassuring, highly recommended for a trustworthy service!! ????

It was a lovely idea this, if only it actually worked every time our household orders, full price on delivery with most items removed, virtually every time, even though when you order minutes earlier everything is in stock, this is useless in the Woodbridge Suffolk, area will not be using it ever again.

Brilliant little app! Due to certain Health conditions I’m virtually housebound at the moment and this has been a godsend during lockdown - you get your basic groceries and household items delivered to your door within 2 hours (most of the time even quicker), notifications keep you up to date re any stock issues and let’s you track your delivery which to be honest I don’t do any more as have used this a few times now and drivers always reliable and friendly local people. Five stars well deserved!

A brilliant service, just book a slot ( I’ve been able to get one between 60-90 mins later) and each time they have rung me to ask if they can deliver earlier and they rang me when they ran out of stock to see what I would like instead. It has been great when we’ve forgotten one or two things off the weekly shop and don’t want to go back out to the shops.
